Account deletion

Delete your NearDoor account

NearDoor includes an in-app account deletion flow. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps

1. Open NearDoor.
2. Go to Me.
3. Open Settings & safety.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app, use our contact form and choose a clear title like “Delete my NearDoor account”.
